LSE PhD Scholarships for UK/EU and Overseas Students in UK, 2014

The London School of Economics and Political Science is offering 59 full scholarships for new PhD students. Scholarships are available for Home UK/EU and Overseas students undertaking full time research in any LSE discipline. The studentships cover fees and living expenses of £18,000 each year for four years. Studentships will be awarded on academic merit and research potential. There is no separate application form for these awards. The selection of students for these awards will be based on the PhD application to the School.

Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship for International Students in Netherlands, 2014

University of Amsterdam is offering excellence scholarship for international students in Netherlands. Applicants must hold a non-EU/EEA passport and not be eligible for support under the Dutch system of study grants and loans. The AES is a full scholarship of € 25,000 covering tuition and living expenses for one academic year, with the possibility of extension for a second year for two-year Master’s programmes. Scholarship recipients will join extracurricular activities and become part of a selective community. 1st February, 2014 is the application deadline.
